biolitec AG: The publication of the group’s annual financial statement 2010/2011 has to be postponed
Jena, October 28, 2011 – biolitec AG, Jena, listed in the Prime Standard of Frankfurt stock exchange (ISIN DE0005213409), has to postpone the publication of the group’s financial statement 2010/2011.
The final presentation is delayed by changed formalities as well as considerably more time-consuming coordination processes for worldwide consolidation according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Due to this, the date of the Annual General Meeting is expected to be postponed as well.
Biolitec AG will announce the new publication date to shareholders and investors in November 2011.
